About Marlin – Company History
- Marlin Apartments was founded in 2003 with our first serviced apartment development at Queen Street, consisting of 96 newly constructed serviced apartments.
- The award-winning Empire Square development at London Bridge commenced trading in 2006. Initially with 60 serviced apartments, by summer 2008 this had increased to 225.
- Also in late 2006 we launched our location in Canary Wharf, featuring 81 high specification apartments.
- In 2008, our portfolio grew with the completion of a new development at Limehouse. Offering excellent bedding functionality with both twin/double & sofa bed configurations.
- 2009 saw the completion of our building in Aldgate. Aldgate Tower Bridge boasts city views, and our industry leading quality and attention to detail. These serviced apartments are ideally situated for exploring London with its many transport links and a range of amenities.
- Marlin Waterloo Aparthotel opened in 2017, boasting a convenient location on Westminster Bridge Road. Within 5 minutes walk of London Waterloo station, this property offers 236 hotel-style rooms, studios and suites.
- The newest member of the Marlin family, Marlin Hotel Dublin, opened in late 2019. Offering nearly 300 hotel rooms, it’s in a handy location just a few minutes walk from the delights of Grafton Street. Marlin Hotel Dublin features a stunning bar, restaurant and co-working space on the ground floor.
