Great experience Return visit to these apartments. Great location for O2 staff extremely friendly and nothing too much trouble.

I would recommend Apartment was clean and lovely, it makes much more sense than booking a hotel because I can cook and do everything I would do at home. Silvie the receptionist was lovely.

Amazing Loved the apartment and service really lovely and an amazing location

A welcome return to a fab property! We have visited Marlin before and liked the place but this time was even better! We were allocated an appointment on the first floor overlooking the front of the building where you could actually see red London buses passing by. There was one bedroom wth large double bed which was very comfortable with lovely bedding. The living area was very spacious with large wall mounted TV and coffee table in front of a spacious settee. The kitchen area was good and they provided salt, pepper, saces, tea bags sugar and coffee. Lots of utensils were in the drawers and cleaning equipment under the sink. The under floor heating was wonderful, the weather been on the cold side during our stay. It took us about 15 minutes walking to get to Canary wharf tube station and the shopping centre. The reception staff we very friendly and efficient. We asked about the heating controls and a man cane up immediately to show us how to work the system. Unfortunately we didn't get any of the stuff names, but they were all good! Definitely return again for country to country next year if possible.

Amazing room and service The room I was given is fantastic, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The level of service is outstanding. Arjun was incredibly helpful and professional during check-in, making the whole process smooth and easy. He made sure everything was taken care of and was always available for any questions. Strongly recommend!

The ideal of the hotel I won't just to say it's for me.Excellent in.I'm very happy with everything but I had in the last Hello, I've been here since 7, November 2025. And to be honest, it was amazing experience. And I've also happy to meet our June. In the reception evolves so helpful for everything with a car parking with everything my needs, I needed. And it's excellent with a customer. Always nice, always helpful. And these gentlemen are Joan is amazing. And I want to give 10 points. It's very excellent for me. It's one of the best from all the stuff who is working for the Marlin hotel. And I hope 1 day I will see him in the big position because he deserve it. Don't be on the top. He's so nice and so helpful with everything from my experience since I've been here 5 months and I like to say a big. Thank you to all the team. The team is amazing. All the team is good, but our Jone, my personally opinion is amazing. Amazing amazing because it's so nice with all customer and it's so helpful and it's really lovely and it's also happy to meet him. And to have the connection with him in the last 5 months. Long comfortable stay I stayed for a month for work. The space had everything I needed and the service was excellent. Thank you Arjun, Nicolinie, Silvie, Yash and the whole crew.
