Which meeting room should I choose?

When you're looking for meeting room hire in London, it's important to choose a room with the right layout for your visit. Depending on the type of event that you're planning, the layout can influence and even determine the level and quality of collaboration amongst your team.

If you're unsure which room is best for your team, take a look at our quick guide to meeting room layouts below:

  • Theatre style is best suited to conferences, usually involving guests sat on rows of chairs. There's one central spot for the speaker, and chairs face their stage or screen.
  • Boardroom rental in London is our most popular layout request. It consists of a group of colleagues sat around a larger, rectangular table, perfect for important meetings.
  • U-Shape meeting room layout is handy for smaller discussions. Usually, it involves a smaller group sat around tables in a horseshoe formation, perhaps with a display installed at the top side.
  • Cabaret style consists of smaller groups of people at round tables. We recommend this layout for interactive workshops and lectures with Q&A sessions afterwards.
  • Classroom layout style refers to guests sat behind rows of tables. A speaker usually stands at the front with a display, perhaps during a presentation.
  • Reception style primarily involves standing guests, making it a fantastic layout for networking events for larger groups.
